A method of properly addressing genuine concerns that individuals within the Nation Security Services (NSS) might have, whilst offering them the necessary protection from victimization, harassment and/or disciplinary proceedings. It should, however, be emphasized that this Policy is intended to assist individuals who reasonably and in good faith believe that they have discovered malpractice or impropriety. It is hence not designed to question financial, or business decisions taken by Nation Security Services (NSS), nor should it be used to reconsider any matters which have been investigated under the company’s harassment, grievance or disciplinary policies and procedures.
WHO CAN REPORT.
All Employees, Clients, Supplier, Subcontractors (Other Interested Parties)
REPORT ON.
Any unlawful civil or criminal offence, Statutory failure, financial mismanagement, Environment Risk, Unethical behaviour or not reporting the stated offenses
REPORTING STRUCTURE.
A Reporter, reports on the above, to a Responsible Person who notifies the CEO or President who evaluates the content.
An investigation maybe recommended
Varies Management maybe consulted
Responsible Person can decide it’s a grievance or disciplinary matter
Responsible Person will communicate the outcome with the Reporter
If the Reporter is dissatisfied with the outcome, the Reporter may follow:
Anyone who wishes their identity to not be disclosed or does not wish to disclose themselves
POLICY IMPLEMENTATION.
No Reporter who makes a disclosure in good faith, reasonably believing it to be true will be subjected to any disciplinary action or not be allowed promotion.
NON-COMPLIANCE.
Violation by Employee or representative of any aspect of this policy will be subjected to disciplinary action
